RETURNS
I gladly accept returns
Contact me within 5 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery
I don't accept exchanges or cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.


The following items can't be returned.
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Items on sale

Returns details
I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If within five days of receipt of your item you are unhappy,
then please contact me to authorize a return.


Products must be returned to me in a re-sellable condition, with all original packaging material. The cost for shipping
back will be at the buyer's expense. Refunds will be processed once I have received your item in sellable condition.


I do not refund shipping fees on returned items.


Also note, that no refunds will be offered on made-to-order or custom orders unless the item arrives damaged.


I put as much information as possible in the product description, but if there is anything you are unsure of, please
ask.


If you've received the wrong item, please contact me within five days of receipt. I will ask that you take a photograph of
the actual item sent to receive the correct item.


If any item should arrive damaged, please contact me within five days of receipt. You will need to take photographs of
the damage and the product's outer packaging. Shipping companies require photos of the product and
the outer/inner packaging during the claims process.
